A new fine-dining venue has emerged in Las Vegas’ Chinatown with the launch of Lilli, the inaugural permanent restaurant from Tyler Vorce, an alum of the French Laundry. Officially opening on October 8, Lilli is located at 3616 Spring Mountain Road, Suite 101, in a space previously occupied by Le Café Central. The restaurant is set to enhance the area’s growing culinary scene and operates dinner service from Tuesday to Saturday between 5:30 and 9:30 p.m.
Chef Vorce, known for his notable kitchen experiences at renowned establishments, emphasizes hyperseasonal sourcing. The restaurant’s signature dish features live scallops flown in from Penobscot Bay in Maine, which hold personal significance for him. Guests can choose between a four-course meal priced at $98 per person or an eight-course tasting option at $188 per person. The diverse menu also includes highlighted dishes such as Liberty duck breast and offers a compact wine selection that pairs elegantly with the food.
